Yes! Each item shown is the exact one you will receive. View each image carefully as some items have chips, nicks, rust or bends.
We work quickly if you send us a quick email. We can usually reply within an hour if sent between 9 am central to 5 pm central.
We only ship with USPS. We ship Priority Mail which is typically 2-3 business days. We are unable to ship using other carriers. We have found that USPS is the most affordable and surprisingly reliable. We package your items very tight to avoid shifting within the package. They ship Safe & Secure!
The most common reason to this is the carrier accidentally delivered it to a neighbor. We recommend checking with your neighbor. Also, check with your family, friends, roommate, etc. And most importantly check with your local USPS to let them know. If you have done all of this, then let us know we will gladly help!
You will receive an email with your tracking number. Take this number and enter the tracking number into the USPS website.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.
Typically, we keep the site updated every day. If you are looking for a particular brand you can send us an email and we can help. New signs are updated randomly throughout the day. Most of the time they are updated on weekdays.
