We only ship with USPS. US orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage, which includes insurance, typically 2-5 business days. We are unable to ship using other carriers. We have found that USPS is the most affordable and surprisingly reliable. We package your items very tight to avoid shifting within the package. They ship Safe & Secure!
Yes, by USPS Priority Mail International. The cost depends on your country and is shown at checkout before you pay.
The most common reason to this is the carrier accidentally delivered it to a neighbor. We recommend checking with your neighbor. Also, check with your family, friends, roommate, etc. And most importantly check with your local USPS to let them know. If you have done all of this, then let us know we will gladly help!
You will receive an email with your tracking number. Take this number and enter the tracking number into the USPS website.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We pay the return shipping and you get a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.
