Description
This Omega porcelain sign shows a silver pocket watch hanging from a long chain across the top of a deep red field. “Omega” is lettered in big cream and green letters across the middle, with “The Watch of Matchless Merits” below it and “Swiss Made 1920” in small print near the bottom edge.
Omega started as a small Swiss watchmaking shop in 1848, and its watches later timed the Olympics and went to the moon. It is real porcelain, made with glass enamel fired onto heavy gauge steel, so the finish is hard, glossy and built to last. The rich red and cream look suits a home office, a study, a bar or a man cave, and it makes a classy gift for a watch collector, an Omega owner or anyone who loves fine Swiss craftsmanship.
