Description
This Pontiac porcelain sign shows the red Pontiac Indian head emblem with a flowing headdress inside a white circle, with “Pontiac” across the top and “Sales Service” along the bottom of a bright blue ring trimmed with leaf designs.
General Motors launched Pontiac in 1926, naming it after the Ottawa leader Pontiac, and the Indian head emblem appeared on its cars for decades. It is real porcelain, made with glass enamel fired onto heavy gauge steel, so the finish is hard, glossy and built to last. Hang it in a garage, a shop, a man cave or a car room, or give it to the GTO, Firebird or Bonneville owner in the family.
