Description
This vintage Marlin porcelain sign shows a cowboy on horseback holding up a lever-action rifle, set against a bright red sky above black desert brush. “Long Live the Lever Gun” arches across the top in white, and the Marlin script logo and “Est. 1870” sit at the bottom in white.
Marlin started making guns in New Haven, Connecticut in 1870, and its lever-action rifles have been favorites of hunters and ranchers for generations. It is real porcelain, made with glass enamel fired onto heavy gauge steel, porcelain on front and back, so the finish is hard, glossy and built to last. The red, black and white colors look great in a gun room, a hunting cabin, a garage or a man cave, and it makes a great gift for a hunter, a Marlin owner or anyone who loves a lever gun.
