Description
This vintage Colt porcelain sign shows a rider in a cap and boots on a motorcycle, pistol raised, with mountains behind him. The big Colt logo sits on the left with “Legendary Pistols” on the right, and “Firearms Sold Here” is lettered in white across the black band at the bottom.
Samuel Colt patented his revolver in 1836, and Colt pistols from Hartford, Connecticut, went on to become some of the most famous guns ever made. It is real porcelain, made with glass enamel fired onto heavy gauge steel, so the finish is hard, glossy and built to last. The black and white look suits a gun room, a garage, a home office or a man cave, and it makes a great gift for a shooter, a motorcycle rider or anyone who appreciates American history.
