Volkswagen Sales and Service Porcelain Sign – Scooby-Doo Bus, 12″

This Volkswagen porcelain sign shows Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne and Velma packed into a yellow VW bus with the VW logo right on the front. “Volkswagen” arches across the top in white, “Sales and Services” runs along the bottom, and two more VW emblems sit in the deep blue ring.

Volkswagen’s Type 2 bus rolled out in 1950 and became the favorite ride of surfers, campers and road trippers, and Scooby-Doo and the gang have been solving mysteries on Saturday mornings since 1969. It is real porcelain, made with glass enamel fired onto heavy gauge steel, so the finish is hard, glossy and built to last. Hang it in a garage, a shop, a game room or a kids’ room, or give it to the VW fan who still dreams about a split-window bus.
