This is a vintage Gulf Aviation Airshow Mickey Minnie porcelain sign (also known as a Gulf gas station pump plate), measuring 12 inches round. It features the classic Disney crossover: Mickey Mouse in yellow jacket and Minnie Mouse in red dress flying a red/white biplane with propeller and motion lines, “Gulf” oval logo at the top, “AVIATION PRODUCTS” arched around the top in blue, “AIRSHOW” banner in yellow/blue, “41” number on the plane, colorful rings and border — a classic Gulf aviation gasoline advertising sign with Mickey and Minnie promoting airshow/flying.
Made of porcelain enamel on steel with patina and wear: rust spotting around the mounting holes, minor edge chips, light surface scratches, and minimal discoloration. This is a porcelain enamel advertising sign in excellent condition, exactly as shown in the photos.
