Description
This vintage Sinclair porcelain sign shows Fred Flintstone in his orange spotted outfit and blue tie, leaning on his elbows with a big grin. The green Sinclair dinosaur stretches across the top beside the red Sinclair name, and “Gasoline” is lettered in big white letters on the red field, with a green ring around the edge.
Sinclair’s green dinosaur became one of the most loved logos on the road after the company’s dinosaur exhibit drew huge crowds at the 1933 and 1964 World’s Fairs, so a Stone Age family man feels right at home here. It is real porcelain, made with glass enamel fired onto heavy gauge steel, so the finish is hard, glossy and built to last. Hang it in a garage, a game room or a man cave, and give it to a Sinclair fan or a Flintstones lover.
