Vintage Pepsi-Cola Porcelain Sign – Woody Woodpecker, 12 Inch

A cold Pepsi and a cartoon on the sign out front, that’s a soda fountain stop anyone would remember. This vintage Pepsi-Cola porcelain sign features the iconic Pepsi glass bottle with Woody Woodpecker and “Drink Ice Cold” wording, on a 12″ round face with porcelain on both sides.

Pepsi began in New Bern, North Carolina, where pharmacist Caleb Bradham mixed up “Brad’s Drink” in 1893 and renamed it Pepsi-Cola a few years later. Woody Woodpecker, with his famous laugh, adds a fun cartoon touch to the classic bottle design. It’s real porcelain, made with glass enamel fired onto steel for a glossy, durable surface made to last. It’s a natural for a kitchen, a diner, a game room or a soda collection.
