Vintage AC Spark Plugs Porcelain Sign – AC Fire Ring Plug, 12 Inch

Every mechanic knows a good spark plug when he sees one. This vintage AC Spark Plugs porcelain sign features big white AC letters over a black and silver spark plug with speed lines, with AC Fire Ring Spark Plugs around the rim, in a classic red and white color scheme on a 12″ round face with excellent gloss.

AC Spark Plug took its initials from Albert Champion, a French bicycle racer who started making spark plugs in Flint, Michigan, in 1908. The company became part of General Motors, and AC plugs went into millions of cars and trucks. It’s a true gem for any collector of automotive, oil and gas memorabilia. This sign is real porcelain, made with glass enamel fired onto metal in a classic old design, for a glossy, durable surface made to last. It’s a great piece for a garage, a mechanic’s shop or a man cave.
