This is a vintage Ace High Gasoline porcelain sign (also known as a Ace High gas service station pump plate), measuring 12 inches round. It features the classic aviation/hot rod theme: a red 1930s coupe-style hot rod with whitewalls parked on a runway, a red biplane taking off overhead with propeller blur and sunburst rays, blue sky with clouds, “ACE HIGH” in bold white on black banner at the bottom, “GASOLINE” below, red/black dotted border — a classic Ace High Gasoline advertising sign.
Made of porcelain enamel on steel with patina and wear: rust spotting around the mounting holes, minor edge chips, light surface scratches, and minimal discoloration. This is a porcelain enamel advertising sign in excellent condition, exactly as shown in the photos.
