Description
This vintage Ford Trucks porcelain sign shows the front of a classic Ford pickup in white line art on a deep Ford blue field, with big off-road tires on each side and a “Since 1917” license plate on the bumper. “Ford Trucks” arches across the top and the Ford script logo sits along the bottom in white.
Ford built its first purpose-made truck, the Model TT, in 1917, and Ford pickups have been working on farms and job sites ever since. Like every sign we sell, it is real porcelain: glass enamel fired onto steel for colors that stay bright and a glossy finish that cleans up with a damp cloth. The blue and white look fits a garage, a shop, a ranch house or a man cave, and it makes a great gift for a Ford truck owner, a mechanic or anyone who never trades in their pickup.
