This is a vintage Rapala Original Finnish Minnow porcelain sign (also known as a Rapala advertisement outdoor sports store display), measuring 12 inches round. It features the classic fishing theme: “Rapala ORIGINAL FINNISH MINNOW” at the top in red and white, “Let’s Go FISHING!” in bold yellow across the center, a green water background with a fishing line and black/white Rapala lure hooked to a colorful yellow/black trout jumping out, ripples and bubbles for action — a classic Rapala fishing lure advertising sign.
Made of porcelain enamel on steel with patina and wear: rust spotting around the mounting holes, minor edge chips, light surface scratches, and minimal discoloration. This is a porcelain enamel advertising sign in excellent condition, exactly as shown in the photos.
