It features the classic cartoon mascot: Popeye the Sailor Man flexing his muscular arm with pipe in mouth, in his signature white sailor outfit and blue pants, “STAR TOBACCO” in bold blue at the bottom on yellow, yellow stars accents, “MADE IN USA” marking — a classic Star Tobacco advertising sign.
Made of porcelain enamel on steel with patina and wear: rust spotting around the mounting holes, minor edge chips, light surface scratches, and minimal discoloration. This is a porcelain enamel advertising sign in excellent condition, exactly as shown in the photos.
