Description
This is a vintage Texaco Gasoline porcelain sign (also known as a Texaco porcelain gas service station pump plate), measuring 11 3/4 inches round and convex (button) shape, not flat. It features the large lettering “TEXACO” in black toward the top and, “GASOLINE FILLING STATION” around the rim.
Made of porcelain enamel on steel with patina and wear: rust spotting around the mounting holes, minor edge chips, light surface scratches, and minimal discoloration. This is a porcelain enamel advertising sign in excellent condition, exactly as shown in the photos.
This vintage Texaco makes a great addition to a garage, shop display, man cave, or any Texaco memorabilia collection, vintage gas station advertising collection, pin-up petroliana collection, or retro filling station sign collection.
