This is a vintage Texaco Fire-Chief gasoline porcelain sign (also known as a Texaco gas service station pump plate), measuring 12 inches round. It features the Dennis the Menace and says Fire Chief at the top.
Made of porcelain enamel on steel with patina and wear: rust spotting around the mounting holes, minor edge chips, light surface scratches, and minimal discoloration. This is a porcelain enamel advertising sign in excellent condition, exactly as shown in the photos.
