Sunoco Mercury Made Motor Oil Porcelain Sign – Minnie Mouse, 11 3/4″

This Sunoco porcelain sign shows Minnie Mouse in her red polka dot dress and bow, standing with her hands on her hips on a soft blue field. A tan banner on the right reads “Sunoco”, “Mercury Made” and “Motor Oil” in red and black letters.

Sunoco called its motor oil “Mercury Made” for decades, and Minnie has been one of Disney’s best loved characters since 1928. It is real porcelain, made with glass enamel fired onto heavy gauge steel, so the finish is hard, glossy and built to last. The blue, red and tan colors look sweet in a garage, a girl’s room, a game room or a she shed, and it makes a fun gift for a Disney fan, a Minnie lover or a woman who works on her own car.
