Description
This vintage Texaco porcelain sign shows a red-haired pinup girl in a black swimsuit striking a pose in front of the big red Texaco star. Rays of red burst out behind her, and the Texaco name runs across the bottom in heavy black letters inside a red ring.
Texaco began as The Texas Company in Beaumont, Texas, in 1902, and its red star became one of the most recognized gas station logos on American highways. It is real porcelain, made with glass enamel fired onto heavy gauge steel, so the finish is hard, glossy and built to last. It is a great fit for a garage, a shop, a man cave or a home bar, and an easy gift for a Texaco fan or anyone who loves classic pinup art.
