Description
A white eagle with its wings spread wide makes a strong first impression on any wall. This vintage White Eagle Gasoline porcelain sign features the eagle perched on a rocky peak, with White Eagle across the top and Gasoline across the bottom, in vibrant red, black and white on a 12″ round face.
White Eagle was a Midwestern gasoline brand based in Kansas City, and its eagle emblem flew over service stations across the region before the company became part of the business that grew into Mobil. The detailed bird and bold lettering make this one of the sharpest designs in a gas collection. This sign is real porcelain, made with glass enamel fired onto heavy gauge steel for a hard, glossy finish built to last. It’s a great piece for a garage, a shop or a collection of gas and oil signs.
